By virtue of the power vested in me by sub-section(1) of section 22 of the Protection of Human Rights Act,1993 (Central –Act 10 of 1994) ,I, R.L. Bhatia Governor of Kerala ,hereby appoint Justice A.Lakshmikutty, retired Judge, High Court Of Kerala, Kayikkara, Ambalathara, Poonthura P.O., Thiruvanathapuram, Pin-695 026 as Member of the Kerala State Human Rights Commission under the aforesaid Act with effect from the date on which she assumes charge of her office.
