The Kerala Code embodies all the State Enactments of
Kerala as they are now in force and the Rules issued thereunder. The
main contents of Kerala Code are -

List of State Enactments in force;
2.
List of State Enactments passed after the Formation
of Kerala;
3.
Text of State Acts;
4.
Latest Developments in State Legislation.
The first item, the List of State Enactments in Force
consists of the following Lists each of which is available in alphabetical
and chronological order:
1.
Enactments Applicable to Travancore only;
2.
Enactments Applicable to Cochin only;
3.
Enactments Applicable to Travancore-Cochin only;
4.
Enactments Applicable to Malabar only; and
5.
State Enactments Applicable to the whole of Kerala.
The second item, namely, the List of Enactments passed
after the Formation of Kerala includes all the State Enactments serially
numbered, along with their Act Number and Year, in chronological order.
The advantage of this List is that it is a whole list of State Enactments
passed after the formation of Kerala, comprising the following:
The text of these Acts are available on
a section wise or full Act text wise basis. For the purpose the User
may select any of the 'Search Options'.
Under the title 'Legislation - What's New', the following latest
developments in the field of State Legislation have been included:
1. List of State Acts of 2002/2003 and their text.
2. List of Legislative Bills published (not introduced) in the
Eleventh Kerala Legislative Assembly and their text.
3. List of Bills introduced in the Eleventh Kerala Legislative
Assembly with their stages and text.
4. Ordinances promulgated, but which have not been enacted into
Acts.
